AcapellaX respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on AcapellaX, you may notify us by providing our designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
Identification of the copyrighted work
A detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
Identification of the infringing material
A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our platform, including specific URLs or track identifiers to help us locate the content.
Your contact information
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address so we can contact you regarding your complaint.
Statement of good faith belief
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Statement of accuracy
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
Your signature
Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is acceptable).
Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include:
- •Your physical or electronic signature
- •Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal
- •A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
- •Your name, address, and telephone number
- •A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
- •A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original complaint

User Content Ownership
Users retain full ownership of all content they upload to AcapellaX. We do not claim any ownership rights to your acapella tracks, artwork, metadata, or other materials. You are free to use, distribute, and license your content as you see fit, both on and off our platform.

By uploading content to AcapellaX, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
This license terminates when you delete your content from the platform, except for copies retained for legal, backup, or technical purposes.
User Responsibilities
All user-generated content, including acapella tracks, metadata edits, and comments, must comply with copyright laws. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload and share content on the platform. This includes:
- •Obtaining necessary permissions from copyright holders
- •Providing accurate attribution and credits
- •Respecting licensing terms of source material
- •Not uploading content that infringes on others' rights
- •Promptly responding to takedown notices
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, AcapellaX has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the platform and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
