By accessing or using AcapellaX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.
These terms apply to all users of the platform, including but not limited to users who upload, download, browse, or contribute content.
Important: Respect Copyright Laws
AcapellaX is committed to respecting intellectual property rights. Users must only upload content they own or have explicit permission to share. Uploading copyrighted material without authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to AcapellaX. We do not claim ownership of your acapella tracks, artwork, or other materials. However, by uploading content, you grant us certain rights as outlined below.
License Grant
By uploading content to AcapellaX, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to:
- •Host, store, and display your content on our platform
- •Allow other users to stream, download, and use your content according to your settings
- •Create derivative works for technical purposes (e.g., format conversion, compression)
- •Promote your content within the platform and in marketing materials
- •Generate metadata and analytics about your content
Copyright Verification
When uploading content, you represent and warrant that:
- 1You own all rights to the content or have obtained all necessary permissions
- 2The content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
- 3You have the right to grant the licenses described in these terms

Platform Purpose: Research & Education
AcapellaX is designed as a platform for research, education, and creative exploration. Users may upload acapella tracks for study, analysis, and non-commercial creative purposes. All content is shared for educational and research purposes only.
Upload Guidelines
Users may upload acapella tracks to share with the community for research and educational purposes. While we welcome diverse content, uploaders should be mindful of copyright considerations.
Critical: Sample Clearance Responsibility
If you download and use acapellas from this platform in your own projects, productions, or commercial releases, YOU are solely responsible for:
- !Obtaining all necessary licenses and permissions from copyright holders
- !Clearing all samples with the original rights owners before commercial use
- !Ensuring compliance with all applicable copyright and intellectual property laws
- !Paying any required royalties or licensing fees
- !Obtaining written permission for any commercial exploitation
AcapellaX and its users who upload content are NOT responsible for sample clearance. Downloaders assume all legal responsibility for clearing samples before commercial use.
Acceptable Use

- ✓Educational purposes and music study
- ✓Non-commercial creative experimentation and practice
- ✓Personal projects and portfolio work (with proper clearance if published)
- ✓Remixing and mashups for personal use (commercial use requires clearance)
Prohibited Content
- ✗Malicious files, viruses, or harmful code disguised as audio
- ✗Spam, misleading metadata, or deceptive content
- ✗Offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or illegal content
- ✗Content that violates others' privacy or publicity rights
- ✗Content explicitly uploaded for commercial piracy or distribution
Legal Disclaimer: By using content from AcapellaX in any commercial project, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions, licenses, and clearances. Failure to do so may result in legal action from copyright holders. We strongly recommend consulting with a music attorney before using any downloaded content commercially.
When you create an account with AcapellaX, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

- •All activities that occur under your account
- •Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
- •Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date
- •Complying with all terms and guidelines while using our platform
AcapellaX uses a reputation system to reward quality contributions and encourage community engagement. Your reputation score is calculated based on:
Track Uploads
Quality acapella tracks you share with the community
Metadata Edits
Approved corrections and improvements to track information
Community Engagement
Helpful contributions and positive interactions
Account Age
Length of time as an active community member
We reserve the right to adjust reputation scores to maintain fairness, prevent abuse, and ensure the integrity of the system.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- •Breach of these Terms of Service
- •Uploading copyrighted content without authorization
- •Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities
- •Abusing the platform or harassing other users
- •Violating intellectual property rights
- •Attempting to circumvent security measures
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We may also delete your content and account data in accordance with our data retention policies.
In no event shall AcapellaX, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
